Preliminary Report: Challenger loses door on takeoff

Bombardier Challenger 600-2A12, Grand Junction, Colo., March 24, 2008–The main cabin door fell off the Challenger on takeoff from Grand Junction Regional Airport. The crew squawked 7700, entered a downwind for Runway 29 and landed safely.

There were no injuries. The jet is registered to WFP Investments of Snowmass Village, Colo.
