S-76 helicopter starter-generator mod available
Sikorsky Aerospace Services has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Naasco Northeast for an improvement to S-76 helicopter starter-generators. According to Naasco, the Mercury Mod improvements have been shown to extend the time between overhauls and typical life of the starter-generators by providing a cooler operating temperature while also offering lower operating costs and enhanced performance.
