For the fourth year in a row, Arrindell Aviation Services, an FBO at St. Maarten in the Netherland Antilles, has provided customer service training for its employees. The training was provided by Arizona-based It’s All About Attitude. Key elements of the training include Arrindell’s vision, how to win and keep customers, communication, motivation and recognition.
