Precision Aviation Group (PAG) has expanded its footprint in Australia, adding 5,000 sq ft to its facility in Brisbane. The Atlanta-based company now has 10,000 sq ft under roof at Brisbane, and the expansion will allow for a new repair station for its Precision Accessories and Instruments Australia (PAI-AU) division. That unit joins PAG’s Precision Heliparts division (PHP-AU), which began serving the Australian rotary-wing market in January last year.
Sikorsky Helitech, a Sikorsky Aerospace Services company based in Brisbane, Australia, has entered into a distribution agreement with Timken for bearing inspection, overhaul and reconditioning services throughout the Australasian region. Sikorsky Helitech will also carry an extensive inventory of bearings at its Brisbane location to facilitate and expedite regional overhauls and exchanges.
Dallas Airmotive (DAI) last month signed two contracts with Pacific Turbines Brisbane (PTB) of Brisbane, Australia. The contracts appoint PTB as sales representative for Dallas Airmotive in Australia and the surrounding region, and as a Dallas Airmotive authorized service center.
