Next year’s football World Cup in South Africa will undoubtedly draw massive crowds of supporters from around the globe, along with a large influx of business aircraft. Peter Bouwer, former manager of Signature Flight Support in Cape Town, now based at London Luton Airport, is confident that his company will be able to cope with the traffic in Cape Town, where a total of eight games will take place.

Charter companies in South Africa have been doing particularly well at offering “flightseeing” packages, even though the gloss of a weak U.S. dollar has long since faded.
