Greenville, S.C.-based Cirrus SR22 air taxi firm SATSair “temporarily” shut down operations on October 23 “due to circumstances,” according to a recording on the company’s voicemail. The company has not said when service will restart.

Stevens Aviation announced the expansion of its network of five service center locations by re-opening its Greenville, S.C. facility as a Stevens Turboprop Center
after a multimillion-dollar refurbishment. The move adds 30,000 sq ft of hangar space to support the operation.
Stevens Aviation approached the Greenville-Spartanburg (GSP) Airport Authority with a proposal to “significantly” upgrade the company’s existing facility and continue expanding its business. GSP and the Greenville, S.C. area have been Stevens’ home base since the company began a nationwide expansion in the 1960s.
