Van Nuys, Calif.-based Elite Aviation has filed a complaint in the Superior Court of California, Northwest District, accusing charter broker JetCardPlus and some individuals who set up and flew charters arranged by JetCardPlus and flown by Elite of breach of contract, fraud and other problems. The lawsuit seeks payment of $221,716.24, in addition to interest, attorney fees and court costs.

Last month, the Alfred E. Mann Living Trust filed a complaint against Etirc Aviation and Etirc chairman and CEO Roel Pieper, seeking more than $10 million plus interest and expenses.
