Van Nuys, Calif.-based Elite Aviation has filed a complaint in the Superior Court of California, Northwest District, accusing charter broker JetCardPlus and some individuals who set up and flew charters arranged by JetCardPlus and flown by Elite of breach of contract, fraud and other problems.
