Bombardier Aerospace has added three AOG line maintenance facilities (LMF)–in Monterrey, Mexico; Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; and Riga, Latvia. The company now offers authorized maintenance in 26 countries through its network of 60 service centers, authorized services facilities and AOG LMFs.

Bombardier Aerospace has added three new AOG line maintenance facilities, including the company’s first service facilities in Malaysia and Latvia, expanding its service network to 26 countries.
Lufthansa Bombardier Aviation Services (LBAS) opened a new line maintenance station at Riga International Airport in partnership with Latvian partner Baltic Business Aviation Center and its FBO Riga subsidiary. The facility, which has been approved to EASA Part 145 standards, offers support for Bombardier business jets, including the Learjet 40, 45 and 60, the Challenger 601, 604 and 605, and the Global 5000 and Global Express XRS.
Bombardier business jet operators now have more options in the Baltic region of Northern Europe. Lufthansa Bombardier Aviation Services (LBAS) has opened a line maintenance station in Riga, Latvia. The operation recently completed the required audit by the German Airworthiness Authority, acting on behalf of the EASA, and the facility is now open.
Free trade, reorientation toward the West and tourism have all contributed to the fast development of air traffic in the Baltics. The three Baltic States– Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia–rank among the smallest European nations, but each boasts unique historic sites and landscapes appreciated by tourists, a long tradition in trade and crafts and a skilled workforce.
