When investigators inspected a King Air C90 after it collided with a weather station antenna, they found an obstruction light was embedded in the right wing, two propeller blades on the right engine were bent and the right horizontal stabilizer had a five- to six-inch gash. On December 18, at approximately 7 p.m., N55EP struck the antenna after departing from Runway 35 at Salt Lake City International Airport. Weather was IMC at the time.
Cessna Citation 550 Bravo, Bethany, Okla., May 20, 2002–Citation N13VP was substantially damaged when it hit a perimeter fence and road during a runway overrun after an aborted takeoff at the Wiley Post Airport. The ATP-rated pilot and four passengers were not injured. One passenger sustained minor injuries. VMC prevailed and an IFR flight plan was filed for the Part 91 business flight.

Swearingen SA226TC, Casper, Wyo., Feb. 20, 2006–In night VMC, the commercial pilot of Spendair Flight 1713 lost directional control taking off from Natrona County International Airport and the left propeller hit a runway marker light. The pilot said he had set power at 60 percent rpm and released the brakes. The airplane went straight down the runway for about 800 feet, then veered to the right.
