Carson Helicopter Services, Sagem Avionics and Vector Aerospace will jointly celebrate a supplemental type certificate issued to Carson for a five-display glass cockpit on its Sikorsky S-61 fleet at 10 a.m. tomorrow at Static Display No. 25. The “Discover the New Sikorsky S-61 Tour” event will include VIP tours of the helicopter immediately following the celebration.

The 96-month inspection of a Challenger 604 gave JetCorp’s St. Louis facility the downtime required to make significant interior modifications and cabin entertainment upgrades in the customer’s airplane.

“With the Challenger 604s coming out of warranty, we recognize that more and more customers are looking for an exceptional facility to complete the
critical 96-month inspections,” said JetCorp president Bill McLendon.

Sagem Défense Sécurité is displaying a dynamic demonstration of its integrated cockpit display system (ICDS) on the Safran Group stand (Hall 4 B12). Designed to replace electro-mechanic instruments and piloting and navigation functions, the ICDS is composed of a primary flight display, engine monitoring system, navigation display and multi-function display, or a combination of all four.
