Aviation services provider TAC Air has unveiled a new product at NBAA (Booth No. C6927) which the Texarkana, Texas-based company said is aimed at helping flight departments protect themselves against drastic fuel cost fluctuations.
Tac Air held an open house at its Raleigh-Durham International Airport FBO on April 7 to showcase its new interior design standards, which will be rolled out to other facilities in the 12-FBO chain. The design includes a new floorplan, customer workstations with wireless printing from laptops and smartphones, renovated restrooms, an expanded pilot lounge and wall and floor coverings that meet the FBO’s new decorating standards.
TAC Air, a division of the Truman Arnold Companies, held ceremonies to open its new hangar complex at Bradley International Airport in Windsor Locks, Conn., last month. The 20,000-sq-ft hangar/office complex has 6,200 sq ft of office space and a 33,000-sq-ft ramp with radiant heating extending 10 feet from the door. The new building gives TAC Air 70,000 sq ft of hangar floor area under roof.
