The day before Sentient Jet Holdings chairman and CEO Gregory Campbell announced a restructuring of the company into two distinct entities, one of which will be sold, the FAA’s Eastern regional counsel’s office slapped Sentient and company executives with subpoenas seeking documents.

The FAA on August 12 issued subpoenas seeking documents from Sentient Jet Holdings and executives at the charter/management, jet card and business aviation services company. Sentient Jet announced on Wednesday that it is splitting into two companies, along the same basic lines as it was before Sentient and JetDirect merged last April.

During January, TAG Aviation’s Farnborough facilities were used for two days of filming that saw several chartered business jets brought in to be used in action sequences.
The UK government has approved an increase in weekend movements at London-area Farnborough Airport. On March 13, TAG Aviation won its appeal against an earlier local government decision not to allow an increase from 2,500 to 5,000 movements on weekends and public holidays.
