Hongkong Jet To Acquire Asia Jet
After the purchase of Asia Jet by Hongkong Jet, the two companies will still be run as separate entities.
Hongkong Jet CEO Denzil White (left) and Asia Jet CEO Mike Walsh announced a deal on April 11 at ABACE 2016 for the former to acquire the latter company. The proposed agreement has Hongkong Jet purchasing Asia Jet and its subsidiary Asia Jet Partners (Shanghai), as well as its joint venture Asia Jet Partners (Malaysia).
