Each year AIN conducts two major surveys by querying its extensive reader base and asking for feedback. Below you will find the results of AIN’s FBO Survey and AIN’s Product Support Survey.
AIN’s FBO Survey asks our reader base to evaluate all FBOs they have visited or had experience with during the prior twelve months. FBOs are evaluated on a scale of 1-10 across five categories: line service, passenger and pilot amenities, facilities and CSRs. The survey is now open for year round feedback at ainonline.com/fbosurvey and the results are released in the April issue of Aviation International News.
Product Support Survey
AIN’s Product Support Survey ask readers to evaluate aircraft, engines and avionics products they have had experience with during the prior twelve months. This in-depth survey asks readers to evaluate aircraft and engines across ten different categories and avionics across seven different categories. The survey is traditionally conducted during the month of May and results are released in the August (aircraft), September (avionics) and October (engines) issues of Aviation International News.
