Teledyne Controls has released its new E-Services online information service.
The service is designed to provide Teledyne’s customers, partners and suppliers with a secure Web-based portal to conveniently access vital information.
Using E-Services, customers can access Teledyne’s Service Request Tracker, an online tool that allows them to track the status of their service requests; they can also download software programs and access service bulletins, technical manuals, product prices and quality assurance manuals. Business partners and installers can review product presentations and installation guides and obtain net pricing information. Suppliers can look up part numbers, download terms and conditions and review Teledyne’s supplier policy. An additional E-Service, the Order Tracker, scheduled to be released this fall, will allow customers to monitor the progress of their orders.
