An Embraer Phenom 300 on a flight from Genève-Cointrin Airport (LSGG) in Switzerland was damaged following an August 6 runway excursion at its destination, St. Gallen-Altenrhein Airport (LSZR), Switzerland. All three people on board escaped uninjured. The jet landed on Runway 10 but overshot the end of the paved surface, breaking through an airport fence before sliding to a stop in a field. Weather at LSZR at the time of the accident was reported as scattered clouds at 6,000 feet with good visibility in light rain. While wind was calm, heavy rain had moved through the area 30 minutes before the accident.
