Embraer reached a milestone in its newly-launched E-Freighter passenger-to-cargo conversion program with the fitting of a cargo door in an E-190. The regional jet liner is being converted at the airframer's São José dos Campos headquarters in Brazil, and is expected to make its first flight in 2024.
