A Falcon parts price guarantee program and a program to improve dispatch reliability are two of the latest efforts launched over the past year by Dassault as part of a multi-year plan to “become the undisputed leader in customer support in business aviation.” The programs were announced today on the eve of the European Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition in Geneva. Under the parts program, if Dassault “agrees” that the customer could find an equivalent component with the “added value” as a genuine factory replacement part, the company will match the price anytime before installation. The “Reliability Plus” program is aimed at enhancing dispatch reliability by averting “unscheduled component removals preventing unnecessary delayed or canceled flights.” Of the six major business jet OEMs graded by AIN readers in 2005, Dassault was rated fifth overall.
