TAG Aviation USA’s charter brokerage volume is up more than 10 percent over the past year, according to Paul Class, the company’s vice president of charter sales. “The challenge in 2007,” he said, “has been to find aircraft matching our clients’ charter requirements.”
The vast majority of TAG’s aircraft owner clients are first-time buyers, according to Jake Cartwright, the company’s president and CEO. He added that about half of TAG’s new management clients are fractional owners or charter users whose increased flying needs have made whole aircraft ownership a sensible alternative.
