StandardAero and TAG Aircraft Interiors (Booth No. 651) announced at EBACE a joint venture for completions with interiors designed by the House of Versace. The latter will be responsible for content, design and style, while Standard Aero will manage logistics and technical aspects and act as marketing and sales agent. Actual completions will take place at StandardAero’s Springfield, Illinois facility.

StandardAero and affiliate large-aircraft completions center Associated Air Center are owned by Dubai Aerospace Enterprise. In addition to completions, the company offers engine, airframe and avionics maintenance at 12 primary facilities in the U.S., Canada, Europe, Singapore and Australia with 14 additional regional facilities. Its annual sales are $1.4 billion.

In the completions field, StandardAero has outfitted executive jets for most major manufacturers, including Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, Gulfstream Dassault and Embraer. The company has just signed a contract for the completion of its 16th Airbus ACJ.

At EBACE (Booth No. 370), StandardAero is highlighting its experience of almost 100 years in engine and APU maintenance. It is an authorized service center for the Honeywell TFE731, TPE331, HTF7000 and CFE738; General Electric CF34; Rolls-Royce AE3007; and Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6A, PW100 and PW600. The company claims to process more engines of the TFE and CFE lines than any other single service center. StandardAero performs airframe maintenance at its FAA-certified repair stations for Boeing, Airbus, Bombardier, Cessna, Dassault, Hawker Beechcraft and other manufacturers.
