MD 369, Broadview, Mont., May 28, 2007–Helicopter N765HV was flying powerline patrol when it crashed near Broadview, killing one of the crewmembers and seriously injuring the other two. The MD 369, registered to Dylan Aviation, of Fairfield, Pa., was destroyed in the accident.
