Aerospatiale AS 350BA, Haines, Alaska, April 6, 2006–The Coastal Helicopters AS 350 air taxi landed on a grassy area near a beach and the main rotor blades struck a tree. The NTSB said the pilot had failed to maintain adequate clearance from an object when landing at a remote site.
