Miami-based World Fuel Services (WFS) has opened an office in Toluca, Mexico, to better support operators in Latin America. The new office will feature a team of sales and aircraft operational professionals who have experience serving aircraft operators, airports and FBOs with a contract-fuel program.
“Toluca is no doubt the heart of business aviation in Mexico,” said WFS senior v-p of business aviation sales Michael Szczechowski. “As the industry grows and matures, having an office presence here better positions us to support our customers across the region with local expert knowledge.”
This new office joins the WFS network of Latin American offices already established in Mexico City and Cancún, Mexico, as well as San José, Costa Rica; Bogotá, Colombia; Viña del Mar, Chile; Buenos Aires, Argentina; and São Paulo, Brazil. All of these offices offer services such as trip support, the AvCard aviation charge card and fuel supply.
WFS specializes in the distribution of aviation fuel, as well as related products and services. The global fuel supply group now has approximately 150 offices in 190 countries.
