Wichita-based aircraft manufacturer Textron Aviation’s mobile service unit at Egelsbach Airport near Frankfurt, Germany, is ready to take on customers’ AOG issues. The mobile service is based at Textron partner Hahn Air, a scheduled/charter airline with a Citation fleet.
“The new mobile service adds another vital element to our successful relationship with Textron Aviation, going strong now for more than a decade,” said Daniel Rudas, general manager and COO of Hahn Air Lines.
Textron Aviation serves its European customers with six service centers, five line maintenance stations and a team of more than 400 Textron staff. The company has three dedicated support aircraft serving the region and a European parts distribution center located in Dusseldorf, Germany, housing more than 225,000 parts.
