JetAVIVA is transitioning its leadership with Cyrus Sigari, the current CEO and co-founder of the company, taking the role of executive chairman, effective at the beginning of next year. Tim White, jetAVIVA’s president, will succeed Sigari as CEO, while managing partner Dustin Cordier will step in as president to succeed White.
After co-founding the company in 2006 and serving as CEO, Sigari will now focus on major strategic initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions. “I’m excited to transition leadership of jetAVIVA to Tim and Dustin,” said Sigari. “Both have great depth of knowledge about the worldwide business aviation industry, and both have individually led several of jetAVIVA’s most impactful strategic initiatives.”
White has held the title of president of the company for two years and formerly served as CEO of Kansas Aircraft Corp. White has 3,000 hours of flight experience and has also worked in senior executive sales leadership positions for Textron and Bombardier. “It is an honor to take on the role of jetAVIVA CEO,” said White. “My primary focus is to maintain our leadership position in the industry while continuing to make the firm a trusted home for our clients and teammates. JetAVIVA has become the industry leader because it is much more than an aircraft brokerage firm, and I look forward to continuing our growth trajectory through the execution of initiatives that bring added value to our clients far beyond aircraft transactions alone.”
Before joining jetAVIVA (Static SD34), Cordier worked for Embraer Executive Jets and Textron in leadership roles. Cordier was also a command and instructor pilot in the U.S. Air Force for 10 years. “This transition plays to our firm’s strengths and is a validation of our longer-term strategic plans,” said Cordier. “The next decade of business aviation holds incredible potential and we look forward to serving our clients and the industry as a value-added partner providing the best possible customer experience all the while attracting industry-leading talent.”
