Flightdocs (Booth No. 3735) has formed a new “customer success” team and strategy charged with on-boarding and training customers. Flightdocs provides mission-critical, cloud-based aviation maintenance, compliance, and inventory management software as a service (SaaS) solutions that enable aircraft owners track and manage aircraft maintenance and compliance and control costs.
Customers include Fortune 1000 companies, Part 135 operators, air ambulance companies, and fractional providers. The Bonita Springs, Fla.-based company has been in business for 15 years. “At the same time we are experiencing rapid growth, we are proactively taking steps to ensure that we can continue to improve and deliver a flawless customer experience,” said company president Greg Heine.
Steve Tubbs will lead the new team as director of customer success. “My team’s charge is to ensure that our operators fully leverage the potential of Flightdocs Enterprise so that they are as efficient, productive, and successful as possible,” he said.
