Argus Sees Dip in Bizav Flight Activity in February

Fractional flights involving midsize aircraft saw a 14.2 percent bump in February in the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean, marking the largest -- and one of the few -- gains in business aviation activity in the month, according to Argus.
