The United Arab Emirates appears set to buy the Chinese Hongdu L-15 to answer its advanced and fighter lead-in training requirements.
The only confirmed L-15 export customer to date is the Zambian Air Force, which flies six armed L-15Zs from ZAF Twin Palm with No. 15 Air Defence Unit. (Photo: David Donald)
