Maintenance provider AAR has acquired essentially all of the assets of Reebaire Aircraft, a regional aircraft MRO firm in Hot Springs, Ark. The newly acquired business will operate under the name AAR Aircraft Services-Hot Springs. The acquisition is part of AAR’s strategy to expand its MRO capacity and its regional
aircraft support business.
