Copeca Jet Center, one of two FBO’s at Puerto Rico’s Rafael Hernandez International Airport is the latest to join the Paragon Network.
Copeca Jet Center, an FBO at Rafael Hernandez Airport in Aguadilla on the western side of the island reports it is fully operational following the recent earthquakes that have shaken the southwestern part of the island and disrupted water and electricity for hundreds of thousands of residents.
