In a nod to Macon, Georgia's identity as the birthplace of southern rock and roll, Macon-Bibb County will commission a new guitar-shaped general aviation terminal at Middle Georgia Regional Airport (KMCN). Construction of the $12 million facility is slated to begin in Q2 2024 with anticipated completion before the end of 2025. (Image: Macon-Bibb County Airport Authority)
