Jet Aviation Upgrades Amsterdam Schiphol Airport FBO
More lounge, office, and storage space now available in General Aviation Terminal

Jet Aviation has invested in an upgrade to its FBO at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport.

Jet Aviation opened its refurbished and expanded FBO inside the general aviation terminal at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport (EHAM) this week. According to the business aviation services group, its facility now has lounges that can accommodate larger groups of passengers, and more office and storage space for based aircraft operators.

The project, which took six months to complete, added 4,300 sq ft ot space, bringing the facility that Jet Aviation originally opened in 2018 to about 10,700 sq ft. This expansion at Schiphol was covered by an extension to its multiyear lease agreement at the airport, which in the past has drawn repeated protest actions by environmentalist groups.

“We have continued to evolve our services in Amsterdam over recent years, from introducing onsite sustainable aviation fuel and investing in electric ground service equipment and vehicles to improving the spaces we provide for passengers, crews, business partners, and colleagues,” said Jet Aviation senior director of site operations Ricardo Paiva. “Building on the renovation of our Rotterdam FBO in 2025, these new spaces in Amsterdam mark another step in strengthening our offering at two key business aviation gateways in Northern Europe.”

The General Dynamics subsidiary—and Gulfstream Aerospace sister company—has 12 FBOs across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and about 30 worldwide.
