<p>Transport Canada has published the latest version of its flight crewmember duty and rest requirements for commercial operators, including air taxis. Comments can be submitted through September 30. The current proposal addresses comments submitted to a notice of proposed amendment (NPA) issued on Sept. 15, 2014, and subsequent meetings with stakeholders. The original proposal has been modified to set implementation of the new standards for air-taxi operators to four years after publication of the final rule.&nbsp;</p>
