<p>Annually the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) proposes revisions to regulations to reflect the state of the art and improve harmonization with U.S. FARs.&nbsp;The objective of this Notice of Proposed Amendment (NPA)&nbsp;to CS-25 large airplane certification standards&nbsp;is to&nbsp;upgrade specific requirements, such as: turboprop propeller vibrations, fabrication methods, windshield failure conditions and structural effects, and cabin interior crashworthiness. Comments on the NPA are due March 1, 2021.</p>
