<p>On a regular basis,&nbsp;EASA&nbsp;makes amendments updating regulations to reflect the state of the art in technology. This notice of amendment (NPA)&nbsp;proposes to make updates&nbsp;to CS-25 large airplane certification standards&nbsp;in the following areas:&nbsp;ditching survivability; installed systems and equipment&nbsp;in the cockpit; performance and handling characteristics in icing conditions; brakes and braking systems certification tests and analysis; installed oxygen equipment and supply; air conditioning&nbsp;OFF&nbsp;maximum time period; and cabin crew portable oxygen equipment. Comments on the NPA are due Oct. 30, 2022.</p>
