Beginning Jan. 1, 2024, annual/multiple-entry permits for private operators will no longer be available, according to international flight planning provider Universal Aviation. Instead, private&nbsp;operators and aircraft will only be able to obtain one-time permits. Current 2023 annual permits will remain valid until Dec. 31, 2023. After this date, all arrivals by Part 91 operators will require one-time permits that can be facilitated by Universal. Blanket permits for charter operations are not affected by this rule change and will still be available.
