<p>Nav Canada, the ATC operating organization for Canada, has proposed to&nbsp;increase service charges by 29.5 percent, starting from Sept. 1, 2020.&nbsp;The organization said that this increase is required due to reduced revenue from significantly decreased flying as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. The proposal includes provisions to ease the cash flow impact of the increase on its customers through payment-deferral mechanisms. Comments on the proposal are due by July 24.</p>
