<p>The FAA is proposing to require the use of an electronic Pilot Records Database (PRD) to facilitate the sharing of pilot records among operators in an electronic data system managed by the FAA. The PRD would replace already mandated data currently filled out on paper forms and sent to the FAA via regular mail.&nbsp; Covered operators include airlines, air taxi/charters, fractionals, corporate flight departments and, for the first time, air tour operators. Comments are due by June 29.&nbsp;</p>
