<p>New and revised UK CAA aeronautical service fees are scheduled to take effect on April 1, 2026. The changes are based, in part, on the outcome of proposed charges issued late last year as a consultation document. The consultation received 75 responses from airlines, airports, general aviation, UAS operators, travel companies, and individual participants. “Most respondents agreed with the need for predictable, inflation‑linked adjustments and supported our efforts to improve transparency in how charges are set,” the CAA said. “Many welcomed our focus on modernization and improving customer experience.” In the end, the CAA will implement most of the proposals set out in the consultation, with some changes in response to stakeholder views, e.g., withdrawing proposed changes to medical charges.</p>
