Signature Buys Remaining Shares in Italian Subsidiary
Signature Flight Support has purchased the minority shares in its Italian operation, giving it 100 percent ownership of the division.
After its purchase of the minority stake in Signature Flight Support Italy from SEA Prime, Signature Flight Support will continue to operate its FBOs at the company's modern and stylish Milano Prime terminals at Milano Malpensa and Milan Linate airports.
