The additions will bring the facility to nearly 250,000 sq ft of hangar space by next year
Officials from Republic Airport (KFRG) join members of Modern Aviation's leadership on Wednesday at the groundbreaking ceremony marking the start of construction on a pair of new hangars at the Long Island, New York gateway. The more than $27 million project will add 81,000 sq ft of high-end private aircraft storage to the space-constrained metro New York market when it is completed in late 2024.
