UK Ministry of Defence Signs First Protector Order
The RAF plans to operate 16 Protector remotely piloted aircraft, which are based on the General Atomics MQ-9B SkyGuardian.
During 2019 the SkyGuardian/Protector development vehicle was flown to Creech AFB in Nevada to be introduced to RAF personnel that are based there with Nos 13 and 39 Squadrons. (Photo: Royal Air Force)
