Boeing subsidiary Aviall announced four new distribution agreements this week at NBAA 2014 in Orlando, Fla.

The agreement gives Aviall exclusive rights to distribute AeroControlex products in most of the world.

Exclusive agreement authorizes Aviall to market and distribute Arkwin’s aftermarket products.

At least until the end of 2015, Aviall will swallow the freight charges for online orders.

The Boeing-owned company distributes parts for 240 manufacturers and offers repair services too.

The company is positioned for growth in the commercial, business/general aviation and military segments.

The deal is intended to improve customer service through streamlined logistics.

Aviall named Tempest a distributor and committed to offer exchange and sales of instruments, accessories and major rotables.

Under the new terms of the deal, which extends through 2026, Aviall will now be able to offer used engines to customers
