Combining Bombardier's business aircraft unit with Textron brings much synergy to the maker of Citation business jets, analysts say.

The Global 7500 donation to Centennial College comes as the school renames its program to The Bombardier Centre for Aerospace and Aviation.

Along with the approval, the Montreal-based manufacturer also announced the delivery of the first 6500 on order with HK Bellawings.

The installation comes ahead of the European ADS-B Out deadline set for June 7, 2020.

VistaJet will receive its first Bombardier Global 7500 in January and foresees strong growth in the Middle East for its charter service.

While third-quarter bizjet deliveries at Bombardier Aviation were flat year-over-year at 31 units, revenue increased due to more Global 7500 deliveries.

The Canadian airframer says its Global Global 5500 now has a range of 5,900 nm.

Bombardier Is continuing to lift the curtain on amenities such as the l'Opera sound system as the Global 7500 fleet begins to grow.

The October 6 flight by Bombardier's Global 7500 demonstrator bested an earlier record flight by 235 nm.

Certification comes about 16 months after the Montreal-headquartered manufacturer took the wraps off the 5500 and 6500.
