The Corporate Angel Network is finding ways to fulfill its cancer patient transport mission in the absence of traditional corporate flights.

The Corporate Angel Network’s (CAN) Fund an Angel Virtual Auction raised more than $275,000 through sponsorships, auction items, and donations.

In addition to giving CAN access to ferry flights, NetJets will now match owner flight-hour donations up to 50 hours annually.

Live auction started off with a bidding war for the Textron Stampede off-road vehicle, valued at $27,670, that fetched $100,000.

As in previous years, the funds were largely generated through live and silent auctions at the event.
